CHIA SEEDS

RECIPE ALERT ♨️ SWIPE LEFT 👈

Step 1: Add 1 cup normal milk and 3 and ½ tablespoons chia seeds to a bowl.

Step 2: Stir in any optional sweeteners, like maple syrup or honey and add 1 tablespoon vanilla extract.

Step 3: Let sit for a couple of hours or overnight, then stir again before serving.

Step 4 : layer the pudding as shown in video with your favourite fruits.
